REPORT AN OUTAGE

Through rain, wind, snow and ice, BENCO strives to keep the power on for every home and business in our service area. However, sometimes unexpected conditions will cause members to temporarily lose power.

In the event of an outage during business hours (Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm), please report it by calling 507-387-7963 or 888-792-3626.
