In an effort to maintain effective communication, BENCO Electric Cooperative offers its members an outage notification system. This system allows members to receive updates during power outages or when BENCO will be controlling dual-fuel and/or generator energy loads. DUAL FUEL NOTIFICATIONS
To receive updates when BENCO controls dual-fuel energy loads, members must sign-up via SmartHub by clicking here. Both text message and email notifications are available but BENCO will no longer send notifications via phone. Please note the member is responsible for managing their own contact information within SmartHub.

To receive updates when BENCO conducts generator controls, members must sign-up via SmartHub by clicking here.
